Maria Paula is the Marketing Director at Polymath Ventures, the Venture Studio for Latin America. Before joining Polymath, she worked at Uber leading brand partnerships to unlock business goals, including deals to improve the quality of life of active drivers and enhance brand positioning. She also worked at Twitter as Events and Campaigns Manager for Spanish-speaking markets in Latin America. Earlier in her career, she worked with Sony Pictures Television and Telcom giant Millicom. Maria Paula holds a bachelor's degree in Communications and has studies on Leadership and Strategy from HBX.
